Can we hire just one department, or do we have to engage the whole studio?
Either works. Many clients start with one discipline — usually brand, web or financial strategy — and add others as they grow. We staff each engagement independently so there's no pressure to bundle.
What size companies do you work with?
Mostly midmarket startups — post-product, pre- or post-Series A — with a small team and a real revenue problem to solve. We occasionally take on earlier-stage founders we know well.
How much does an engagement cost?
Sprints typically run $18k–$80k depending on scope and disciplines involved. Retainers start at $9k/month. We send a fixed proposal after the discovery call.
How fast can you start?
Most projects kick off 2–4 weeks after the first call. Urgent work can sometimes start the following week if our team has capacity.
Do you work with non-US founders?
Yes — we work across LATAM and the US, in English and Spanish. Most calls happen in US Eastern or Central time, with async work in between.
Who actually does the work?
A small senior team. The people you meet on the kickoff call are the people doing the work — not a sales team handing you off to juniors after signing.
